We are out-of-network with all commercial health insurance carriers, including Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, ASHN, Multiplan, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, and Kaiser. If you have out-of-network benefits or need HSA documentation, we can provide a superbill receipt for you to submit to your health insurance company.
We are a participating provider for Original Medicare, which covers only spinal adjustments when medically necessary.
- Original Medicare does not cover exams, x-rays, extremity adjustments, manual therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, or shockwave therapy. Patients are responsible for these charges at the time of service.
- If you have a Medicare Advantage plan, please contact your insurance company for your plan specifics about their in-network providers and referral requirements, as we are out-of-network with all commercial health insurance carriers.
