Welcome to Rocky Mountain Sports Chiropractic!
- We are located inside the Wells Fargo bank building on the 3rd floor, Suite 308.
- Please bring your completed new patient paperwork or arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to fill it out in the office.
- If you have any recent imaging reports that are related to your condition, please email, fax, or bring that with you.
- We recommend wearing comfortable clothing for your appointment.
- Please allow 40 minutes for a new patient appointment and 20 minutes for an established patient appointment.
- Your first appointment will include a thorough history and orthopedic exam, followed by your first chiropractic or sports acupuncture treatment.
- If imaging is required (which is not typical), you will be referred to SimonMed or Health Images.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 4 hours notice.
- When scheduling online, please note that the schedule will automatically advance to the next day when all appointment times have been taken.
- If no appointments are showing available and you would like to be put on the waitlist, please email, text or call us with your availability.
